I can help you manage your QuickBooks Online Essential reports. You're correct that this version can handle simple report customizations, such as adding the "Memo" field to the Bill Payment List report.
Here's how:
- From the left panel, select Business Overview.
- Go to the Reports section and then choose the Standard tab.
- Type "Bill" in the Search box, then select Bill Payment List.
- From the report icons, click mini Gear.
- Choose Show More.

- Check the Memo/Description box.

- Tap anywhere.
