Zero Balance accts on balance sheet when using non-zero option

I have a N/P account that was paid off in 2024 that still shows on my Balance Sheet. It has a $0 balance. Even when I check Show "non-zero" rows and columns, it is listed.

There were only 2 transactions in the account: 1 JE to add balance, 1 JE that removed balance.

Similarly, there is a bank account that was closed in 2024 with a $0 balance that I cannot seem to remove.

Hi Choocpa, I noticed that you've posted a similar question regarding a zero balance still appearing on the balance sheet, even after enabling the Non-Zero feature in the report. Fortunately, my colleague has already addressed this topic.

Let me share the link to their response so you can easily follow the recommended steps: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/re-zero-balance-accts-show-on-bs-with-non-zero-setting/01/1597950#M238539
