Hi there, Mike.

Let's ensure you're looking at the right menu to find the payroll archives. Then, troubleshoot your browser if there's still no archive.

Here's how to find the payroll archives:

  1. On the left menu, head to Payroll and select Taxes.
  2. Go to the Filings tab and click Archive.
  3. Change the start date to January 1, 2024 to December 31,2024.

You'll see there you're previously archived payroll forms back in 2024. If you moved them to the archives, you can see them back to the Filings tab, scroll down to until you find the 2024 filings. If there's still none, let's proceed to troubleshoot your browser to ensure it works efficiently with QuickBooks Online. Troubleshooting your browser will clear your cached files that causes malfunctions and performance issues on a website due to its large consumption of storage. Let's perform the basic troubleshooting:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.

After viewing your previously archived payroll forms, you can also consider printing your W-2 and W-3 forms for your employees or for your own records.
