Suspicious emails can often be part of a scheme designed to trick you into sharing personal information. These scams may take various forms, but they are frequently crafted to appear highly convincing. If you're unsure whether an email claiming to be from Intuit is legitimate, here are some key signs to watch for:

  • We will never request your personal information through email.
  • Our official emails will always come from an address ending in @intuit.com, including @e.intuit.com.
  • Any links included in our emails will always lead to a website with a .intuit.com address.

You can visit our Online Security Centre page to learn more about how we protect your data and how you can safeguard yourself against email scams and other security threats. You'll also find a list of suspicious emails and actions to watch for. If you'd like to report a suspicious email you've encountered, simply select Contact Us and go to the Security section for guidance.
