QuickBooks premier desktop version.

Thanks for your interest in QuickBooks Desktop from across the globe! It's awesome to hear that you have a business based out of China with an office in India, and I'm happy to go over the options with you.

There are currently three regional versions of QuickBooks Desktop: Canada, US, and UK. While you are welcome to try using one of those for your business, it's important to note that features such as tax tracking and payroll are configured to meet the needs of those specific countries. This means, if you were to use one of QuickBooks Desktop versions that you would have to manually set up and potentially manually track to some extent those sorts of things.

Something you can consider as another option is QuickBooks Online. The Online platform is geared to work with a number of different regions and we even had a Choose Your Country page to make sure you've got the right QuickBooks Online version for your needs.

If your companies are not located in Canada, consider using QB Desktop US Premier edition with a one time license. You may purchase a lower license price thru a partner/reseller. Then you may decide to have a private cloud to combine LAN users and mobile users working on the same file at the same time, or put your file on hosting service.

We're using the QuickBooks Premier Desktop the old Canada version and want to purchase new QuickBooks Premier Desktop 2020 new licenses for 5 users. Where can we buy the new licenses?  We're missing all about QuickBooks login information only has the customer number. What should we do now?

You have to contact Sales directly to purchase the license. If you want to purchase it within this month, make sure you secured a free upgrade option to QBD 2021.

If you are not located in the US or CA, or you prefer an outright purchase, you may get it thru a partner/reseller. I noticed hey don't offer QBD Premier for 5 users any longer. If you are not a CA based company, consider using QBD US Premier for 5 users instead.
