Click on the Gear icon.
Choose Account and Settings.
In the Payments section, click on Learn more.
Complete the company information.
You'll then be routed to this QuickBooks Payments page. From there, click on Add QuickBooks Payment.

The application will take about 24-28 hours, and you will be notified via email once it's approved. From there, you can start sending invoices with the Pay Now button.

I have followed all of the steps. I have a payment account. However, the "pay now" or "review and pay" button is not on the invoices. I have even tried to use a different browser. Nothing works.

Hi bethfrom KH,

QuickBooks Online Payments is only available in Canadian currency. The Payment methods, and Pay Now feature, will not be available when creating invoices for customers with foreign currencies.
