Quickbooks online will only let me add 5 resolving transactions,

I need to add 6 how can this be done?

Yes, its for matching bank transactions. I need to add 6 resolving transactions (cash payments taken from banking)

We need more than 5 resolving transactions. My bank deposits will have some payments to match to and some that won't match due to the nature of our business.

At the moment, we can only add five transactions to match your bank deposits. However, you can suggest adding a feature that allows multiple transactions to be added and matched. This will allow our product developers to consider adding it to the next update.

Here's how:

From the Gear icon, select Feedback.
Enter your suggestions.
Click on Next to submit.

Once you've successfully matched your bank transactions, I suggest reconciling to ensure your current, savings, and credit card accounts are always balanced and accurate. Here's an article to guide you on the process: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
