Getting "Accounting dates don't match" error when trying to set up MTD on QB. Any ideas?

I've checked here on my end if there's an ongoing investigation about the "Accounting dates don't match" error and it's still open. Our Product Development Team is currently working to have a permanent fix. 

Just to confirm, did you already received an email within 72 hours after setting up the MTD in the program? Here's an article you can refer to: Making Tax Digital for VAT. 

If it's past 72 hours but still getting the same error, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team. By doing so, one of our specialists will add your company to the list of affected users. They'll be able to notify you about the issue's status via email.

You can reach out to them on the QuickBooks Online section through this link: QBO Customer Care Team.
