Import Google Trips

Hello,

 

I can't import google trips, i keep getting the same ERROR message 

 

"Sorry we could not find any trips"

 

I have downloaded the Takeout zip file and opened it in the chrome extension and there are trips from 2012 upto 2023

 

Help please

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together to get these Google trips imported into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

 

Have you tried using a private browser or incognito window as a fix to this? If not, perform these shortcuts: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

It's that easy! If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history

I have tried the incognito, but unfortunately it still hasn't worked, i'm getting the same error

They'll also provide real-time assistance so you're able to import your trips to QBSE without any issues.

 

Here's how to reach us:

 

  1. Click the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.
    • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
    • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
    • Ask the Community - Post your question to the QuickBooks community or browse responses from experts and other customers.
