I'd like to know if you've tried to do browser troubleshooting steps after getting this error. I'd recommend doing it if you haven't tried it to determine if it's a browser issue that's stopping you from getting in touch with our support team.

It goes to a blank chat web page and nothing then happens
can we ask you Wayne, are you doing this through your account when you logged in or just on the website?

I've been having this issue for months. I don't even attempt to use chat anymore. When I'm logged into my account, regardless of which browser I use, if I initiate a support chat, a chat window opens for about 1 second, then closes. No errors or warnings appear. Nothing else happens, and the same process can be repeated indefinitely. Due to that ongoing issue, I've only been able to contact support via calls.
Today is 22.01.27 and the chat is still offline, and does NOT come back online ever, regardless of time of day. Is there another way to chat right now??
