Would like support on best Quickbooks to purchase. Between Quickbooks online and Quickbooks Pro 2020. We are a small registered charity with lots of report requirements

QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop are two different platforms. Here's a little bit of information about their differences: 

QuickBooks Online is cloud-based and runs using the Internet that offers up to 80 reports depending on the plan you choose. 

QuickBooks Desktop is downloaded and installed on a computer and has up to 130 reports.

In term of reporting requirement, I would pick QuickBooks Desktop Premier for Non Profit. Otherwise, QB Online is the second option.
