Question

When I snap a receipt in the android app, the app does not create a receipt transaction. I have cleared cache, reinstalled the app and cleared cache but it's not working

Since you've started some general troubleshooting steps, let's continue by checking for updates in Google Play. You also need to ensure your device's operating system is the latest available version.

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.

 

Once everything's good, you can start uploading your receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online. After that, proceed to Step 2 to review, add, or match them with existing transactions.
