One of my QB books didn't have password before. When I try to open it with QB 2015 and QB ask to enter password. I don't know it so I try to use PasswordReset tool to reset the password.
I get the token from QB by email and enter all information. the tool passed validate the token. get .dll file and attempt to open the file. Then the tool is stopped working. A pop up windows shows the message: " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will closed the program and notify you if a solutions is available". The only button I can click is "Close Program".
I use windows 7 Home Premium and .Net Framework 4.7.1.
