We are also a very small business (4 employees) and will be getting a payroll service when our current software won't support a payroll subscription. For what we would pay for payroll under the new model, we can hire a full service payroll company; actually it will cost less and be less work. I do not plan on losing access to data I've managed locally for many, many years.

To do this, you'll need to login to your CAMPS to view our user ID access, accounts, products, contacts, and billing. This is the easist way to manage all our product details and company detals.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. 
  3. Select your product.

This absolutely is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

Way to go Intuit. Force customers to buy your product by locking us out of our files, having your reps tell us we can’t access our info if we don’t fork over 100’$

I am a bookkeeping service with Quickbooks Premier 2021.  In order to keep this version forever, I have migrated my payroll to Payroll Mate and am no longer using any QB  payroll services. I thought this would be a nightmare, but it was really pretty easy.  I can now keep my purchased version of Quickbooks, and never have to migrate to either online or subscription.  It was well worth the little bit of extra work.

I have just recently updated the payroll subscription,  my Desktop 2022 just expired, said I had one more day, went in to change the credit card acct to use,  closed out of my Quickbooks Desktop 2022 acct and can no longer access it.  This is criminal!!!!!  That is my financial information and Quickbooks has no businesses locking me out of my own acct.   Nobody available to help,  We run a small business and no one available to help!!!!!

How come in the top right hand corner it says I am signed in,  I am the primary administrator but when I try to pay for the renewal of the Desktop 2022 subscription  my husbands name comes up under my email address and he has never touched a computer before.  I don't know how to get past this.  I just want to renew my subscription and get my account unlocked (criminals!!!)  Please someone help me!!

 I understand that encountering challenges with your QuickBooks account and feeling let down by the unavailability of weekend support can lead to feelings of disappointment and frustration, H-ma. I wanna make sure you'll get the help you need.

 

You can update your payment method by loggin in to your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) as the Primary Contact, as advised by Fiat Lux - ASIA. This portal allows you to manage your QuickBooks product and account information.

 

Here's how you could do it. 

 

  1. Open a web browser and go to the QuickBooks CAMPS login page.
  2. Enter your Intuit account credentials, which are the same as the ones you use to access your QuickBooks Desktop software.
  3. Click on the "Sign In" or "Log In" button to proceed.
  4. If prompted, verify your identity using the provided authentication method (e.g., email verification, security questions).
  5. Once logged in, you will have the ability to make changes to your payment details and perform other account-related tasks.

 

Still, I highly recommend contacting QuickBooks Desktop support for further assistance regarding changing information in your QuickBooks account. Our Support Team can pull up your account in a secure environment and then run a set of examinations.

 

Within your QuickBooks Company file, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu. You can also press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help panel.

pls help me with what you said about endpoint.  How do i do that?

I have used QB POS desktop since 07. I also use enterprise and their cc processing but obviously am screwed in October.  I have been trying to locate an alternative:

Do you or anyone have a suggestion

1- go to QB online

2- lightspeed

3- shopify; which says will migrate all your info over but are you saying I will still have to pay to access my QB POS 19 data?

I am so confused.  There are conflicting answers out there.  So, if I let my subscription expire, will I still be able to input into my desktop pro plus 2022?  Specifically, would I be able to enter banking transactions manually and keep the check register?  Since our business closed, I only really use the check register for our personal bank account and that's all.  I've tried online and I don't find it very user friendly.

QB Desktop 2022 Pro Plus. Plus = annual subscription

You can buy QB Desktop 2020 Pro with the one time license if required but you have to start the new file from scratch.

Allow me to step in and share some information about what happens when your subscription expires.

 

I recognize the relevance of the option to upload bank transactions into QuickBooks. However, this feature is unavailable if your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription is expired.

 

For now, you can manually add transactions to your bank register to keep your books updated. Here's how.
 

  1. Open your QuickBooks company file.
  2. Go to List and choose Chart of Accounts.
  3. Open the Bank account that you wanted to add the transactions.
  4. Hit CTR+New on your keyboard to add new transactions.
  5. Tap Save.

Clicking on the link that you provided for Quickbooks Desktop takes you directly to the online plans. Nothing else. I guess you think we are so stupid that we will just click on one of these to start a monthly online plan. What a great company you are.

QB Desktop 2023 Premier Plus = Website (only for single user), Call Sales Team, Partners

QB Desktop 2023 Mac Plus = Call Sales Team, Partners
