Buy nowwhen I am posting my banking transactions and I have a payment for which I need to split between several donors, I am unable to add lines. Never had this to happen before; always been able to add lines. I reduced my screen size but that did not work. Anyone else having this issue or have experienced this issue.
Hi there, @Debbie Nev.
Sometimes local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product. This can be the reason why you're unable to add lines when splitting bank transactions.
To isolate the issue, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. You can start opening your QuickBooks account from a private window. This doesn't save your local password and websites. Simply press these shortcut keys to open this mode:
Once done, split the downloaded banking transaction again and check if you're able to add another line.
If yes, clear the cache on your regular browser. If the issue persists, use another supported browser instead. The problem might steam from the browser itself.
