Can you view excluded transactions?

Have a client whose QBO is a mess. In trying to reconcile a CC account, there are several transactions missing from the register. They do not appear in Review, QB or Excluded. Is there a way to view the excluded transactions that the client may have done?

Hi Nancy,

 

If you have already gone to the Excluded tab then you have found the place they would be.  Excluded transactions can be left in the Excluded tab, restored to the For Review tab or they can be deleted completely.  If they have been deleted then they are gone and can't be brought back.  Reconciling the account and manually adding any missing transactions into QuickBooks would be the easiest way to get things cleaned up.
