If you're referring to the data between your credit card data and your bank transactions in QuickBooks, or the downloaded transactions aren't showing in the program, we can import your credit card transactions as a temporary solution. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. You can go to Gear icon settings.
  2. In the Tools section, select Import data.
  3. From the Select record type, click the dropdown arrow to choose a transaction type and click the Import button to proceed.
  4. To upload an Excel or CSV file, select Drag and drop or select files to upload the file from your computer. Choose the file, and then select Open.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to map the columns.

 

 

Once everything is in place, review your bank transactions before categorizing them into the correct account. After that, reconcile your accounts to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements.

discover not synching

I have tried that all and it is still not synching.  It shows that everything is fine, but it is not bringing in the transactions nor has the correct bank balance.
