Let me share how to find your transactions in QuickBooks Online, Jed.
To begin with, if this is your first deposit in QuickBooks Online Payment, it will take five business days for the deposit to reflect in your account, as we are still setting up your account. Once the setup is complete, your payments will be deposited within two business days.
However, since you have checked the payment status and we have deposited the payments, your money is on its way. Please know that some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. At this point, I suggest contacting your bank to determine if any additional steps are needed.
For more details about the deposit, please refer to these articles:
Additionally, I recommend checking your settings to see what account your payments will be deposited into. Once you've determined the account, you can open its register to locate the payment.
I've also included these articles to ensure your payments are recorded accurately:
Let me know if you have further questions about your transactions or have any QuickBooks-related queries. Keep safe.
Thank you for your response. I have done this many times before without issue. It’s just the last two purchases that I keyed in the data. Usually it goes straigt into my account. Within a couple of hours. Usually it will say the status is paid not deposited until they deposit.
this time it says deposited! Not sure where tho?
I'm joining this thread to guide you to the available support for your deposit concern, jedcolledge.
All deposits made to your account will be deposited to the account associated with your payment account.
Please note that while QuickBooks Online will initiate the deposit of funds to the account associated with your payments, your bank may still hold the funds for some time before making them available to your account.
I recommend contacting your bank directly to inquire if they require additional steps. They'll be able to provide you with more information about when the deposits will be accessible in your account.
If you have checked with your bank but still need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Payments Support. They can access your account and verify the status of your deposit.
I'm sharing these articles when processing online payments from your customers for reference:
I'm happy to help again if you have further questions about deposits or any related concerns.
