Level 12

Click on transaction to open for viewing. At bottom, select More and Delete.

Your reconciliation is now out of balance

Level 4

Many people misuse the word reconciled; they use it to describe adding from the bank feed. Even Xero does that; it may be a regional thing. Maybe that's what's meant here
