You can use QB Online Accountant for free. Another option, you can use the trial version of QB Desktop for free.

Hello, Siab. The Free plan is part of the QuickBooks Online ecosystem, but it’s a limited version designed for basic use. It isn’t a completely separate product like QuickBooks Self-Employed, though it doesn’t include the full features available in paid QuickBooks Online plans.

Regarding data conversion, the limitations of the Free plan may mean that migration is not available or may not function as expected.

If you’re planning to move your data, it’s best to start with a paid QuickBooks Online plan, complete the migration, and then review which plan best fits your needs moving forward.
