Hi,
So Im trying to connect Wise bank account which has 3 currencies: USD, EUR and GBP.
Problem is that all of them are getting imported as USD and I can't find a way how to change the currency from USD to GBP or USD to EUR.
Also when importing everything, there doesn't seem to be an option where I can assign the correct currency to the account.
I have enabled multi currency option on Quickbooks and created the two additional currencies: GBP and EUR.
USD is set as the main currency.
Trying to connect in this way because I want to get the transactions pulled in from Wise to Quickbooks automatically.
Does anyone have any solutions for this problem?
Let me share details about downloading transactions with different currencies, quickaccount.
For now, you can only use one currency per account in QuickBooks Online. You will have to add a new account for each different currency that you use in transactions. Then, transfer the downloaded transaction into the account with the correct currency.
Here's an article as a guide: Unmatch Downloaded Bank Transactions or Move Them to Another Account.
Although, I would recommend reaching out to reaching out to Wise and check if there's a settings on their import process about multi currency. You can get their contact details from this link:

On Wise I have 3 different accounts with 3 different currencies as mentioned above.
The problem starts on the screen where I need to select which accounts do I want to pull in from Wise, again all accounts have different currencies USD, GBP and EUR but all of them are being shown as USD in the Quickbooks/Wise import app. When I pull in the accounts with all transactions again, its all USD, so Im looking how to change the currencies from USD to GBP for one account and from USD to EUR for another account.
The third account is ok, as the currency there is USD.
Does this clarify my problem a bit more?
This has already been done as mentioned in the original post.
@Whitmore5 wrote:Open QuickBooks, go to the Edit option and click on Preferences. Now, you can look at the left side options where you must click on Multiple Currency. Further, click the Company Preferences dialog box. Checkmark, “Yes, I use more than one currency” option.
