Yes, you're correct. You are unable to combine your employee's two profiles. However, we can keep the most recent profile, which has the 2024 check, and manually create the 2023 issued Direct Deposit under the keep profile. Here's how:
- Go to Banking, then select Write Checks.
- Provide the necessary details, including the Bank Account, Employee Name, Date Issued, and Check Amount for the check issued in 2023.
- Hit Save and Close.
