Is anyone else having issues with payroll funds not being sent to employees?

we are! i have been on hold to speak to a representative for over 2 hours!

Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. Employees should receive paychecks by end-of-day today.
