QB Payroll exporting to QB Online issues

On June 1st, I attempted to export my QB payroll to my QB Online it says I need to go setup and make sure exporting was setup correctly. After working with QB tech for 2hours nothing was fixed. Issues still there and QB has not fixed the issue anybody else have the problem? QB when will the problem be fixed?

  1.  Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button
  3. Enter "callback" in the "What can we help you with?" section.

They supposedly sent it to the back end team on Tuesday so it's been an issue for 4 days.

QB Payroll exporting to QB Online issues

I have suddenly found myself in the same boat with several clients that have QB online.  I have spent several hours chatting and on phone trying to resolve issue.  Have been told it's going to the back team and will be escalated but a week later, still no resolution.  This program has turned out to be a bitter disappointment from Intuit.  They took a good program and systematically destroyed! If anyone has found a work around solution, please let me know. Thanks.
