I am using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2017 with windows and Assisted payroll service.
After running the rebuild for the company file, it resulted "Error we couldn't fix", which is "Payroll Service Data", and "Error at line 3834 (New Local Payroll Item ID is out of Sync. Local ID is 26 - Server ID is 29).
What does this mean? and how can I fix this?

Try open your data file on trial license of QB 2020. If the problem still persists, contact Support to fix it prior to May 31, 2020. If they couldn't fix it and suggested upgrading to QB 2020, consider a 3rd party file recovery service.
