2024 SOC

When will the 2024 SOC2 report be available from Quickbooks Online and will I be able to access it myself? It's October and the primary admin has only been able to find the report ending 4/30/2023. Our auditors are asking for the report because the audit started this week. Could you at least provide an update to users so that we don't have to waste time calling the help desk? I've made two calls this week and neither support person could find anything at all regarding when the report could be available.

2024 SOC

Hello,

In your screenshot, I can see that an Intuit QuickBooks Accountant - SOC 2 Type II Report 2023 exists, but when I access the compliance portal link right now, this version SOC 2 report does not exist for 2023 or 2024. Is it possible for the 2023 version to be put back up while we wait for the 2024 version to be completed? Or for the 2023 report to be emailed to me please? Thanks.

I appreciate you for reaching out regarding the availability of the Intuit QuickBooks Accountant - SOC 2 Type II Report for 2023, @sweigle. Let me provide some insights regarding the current status of these reports.

Currently, the Intuit QuickBooks Accountant - SOC 2 Type II Report for 2023 is no longer available on our Intuit compliance portal. This occurs due to updates due to updates or changes in compliance reporting practices. Unfortunately, we are unable to reinstate the previous version of this report, as it has already been archived.

Additionally, we are no longer able to email these reports directly due to changes in our policy, which includes no longer providing bridge letters. This measure is part of our commitment to maintaining secure and controlled distribution of sensitive compliance information.

For detailed reasons regarding the unavailability of the 2023 report and real-time updates on when newer versions of the report will be available, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can provide specific details and assist with any particular requests you might have regarding compliance documentation.

Here's how:
