The suggestion did not work for opening an incognito browser I received the same software error message. This is a quickbooks software error and extremely frustrating. I have used these vendors each year and never had a problem and did not change anything for the vendor.
I need to talk to a person at quickbooks. your suggestion about contact us does not work. I am not sure why you don't offer help on the weekends -- that is when many business owners work and do their accounting.

I tried your suggestion an opened and incognito browser. The same data error occurred. This is a quickbooks bug as I was able to prepare and file the 1099s last year through QB with the same vendor. This is very frustrating and I need help from QB staff and not sure why there is no help on the weekends as many business owners do accounting on weekends -- we work every day as small business owners. I was unable to get help with a person through your suggestion.
