I keep getting emails to verify my eft deposits that quickbook made to connect to my account but I can't find where to go to confirm the two small deposits.

To confirm your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), you'll need to check your bank statement, Denise.

If you cannot find these deposits on your bank statement, you'll need to contact your Financial Institution (FI) to verify whether these deposits have been processed. Once you have verified these deposits you can now confirm this through the email you received.

Additionally, you can check out this article for detailed information about EFT:  What is an electronic payment? How and when to use them.

Moreover, you can use this article for recording bill payments made by EFT, ATM, or debit card:  Record a bill payment by EFT, ATM card, or debit card.

I know what the two deposits are but Intuit quickbooks keeps sending me emails to verify those deposits inside of my quickbooks online but no where does it ask me what those two deposits amounts are. There is no place to enter them.  So i am a little confused.

I appreciate you for returning to this thread, Denise.

To provide more accurate assistance, please confirm whether you are attempting to verify your bank account for QuickBooks Payments or QuickBooks Payroll.

If you are dealing with QuickBooks Payments, here are the steps to verify the two small deposits:

  1. Navigate to Lending & Banking, then QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select Verify Bank.
  3. Some banks may not require verification, and you can directly click Add to connect your bank.
  4. Enter the two small deposit amounts from QuickBooks in any order.
  5. Click Confirm.

If you're inquiring about the payroll direct deposit activation, refer to this guide: Verify your bank account for payroll.

Additionally, you can explore this article whenever you're ready to accept payments from your customer: Receive and process payments.
