Welcome to the Community, Nhanson488.
To begin, if you're already done finalizing an inventory count, QuickBooks will create adjustments automatically and any changes will automatically be visible. Since the changes did not reflect, I recommend logging in to QBO using another browser or in incognito. This can help troubleshoot the problem and allow you to view the changes you want to see in your QBO inventory counts effectively.
Here’s how you can easily log in using another browser:
Once done, you can now log in to your QBO account.

Thank you Nathania. I reached out to QuickBooks chat and they told me that the Inventory Count feature doesn't adjust inventory and I have to do it through an inventory adjustment. I chose to try the inventory count feature since I was going through over 900 items and adjusting over 300 and I figured it would be quicker than doing an inventory adjustment. I was wrong, since you can't sort the inventory count it took a very long time to find and enter all the inventory quantities that I wanted to adjust. Since the person on chat said it wouldn't adjust my inventory I started working through the inventory adjustment. I had to stop with about 50 changes remaining and now that I went back to the inventory count that I was using as my reference for my inventory adjustment, it appears to have shuffled the items so that I do not know where I am. It also doesn't allow you to export it so I can go through each item to see what was already adjusted. Frustrating. While searching for a download or print button, I found where the inventory count is suppose to create the adjustment. It says no adjustment found - Stock adjustment is still being created. Please try again at a later time.
Now what? Is an adjustment going to be created? have I now adjusted inventory twice for the 260 items that I also created an inventory adjustment for? This is the most frustrating thing ever.
I appreciate you for reaching out and taking the time to share the details of your experience with the Inventory Count feature, Nhanson.
We understand that you have already contacted our Phone Support Team. However, we suggest contacting them again as they can thoroughly review your account and this way they can review your previously created inventory count and the adjustment to ensure it will not impact to your books.
