Buy nowI have QB Desktop Pro 2021 R8P.
I keep having to setup the printer alignment settings for my check printing, and invoice printing.
I setup the alignment, but the settings always go back to zeros.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi @PGMMichael, I'll surely help keep your printer alignment settings.
We can use the QuickBooks utility tools to identify and fix why you're unable to keep your preference for the printer alignment settings I'll show you how to do so.
But if the steps above didn't make any changes with the issue currently raised, let's continue our troubleshooting steps by following the steps below:
Once done, restart your desktop first before working again with QuickBooks. Then, right-click on the QuickBooks icon on your Desktop, select Run as Administrator, and fix and keep the printer alignment settings accordingly.
I'm adding this reference for tips and guides to utilize in preparation for the coming year-end: Complete Certain Tasks in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll to Prepare for the New Fiscal or Calendar Year.
Don't hesitate to post a reply below if you have other questions or concerns with printing settings. I'm always around happy to help. Take care and stay safe!
I had ran the Tool Hub fix, but when I ran it again this time, I noticed that it was telling me I had an outdated version. I updated the version and ran it again, and preliminary results look encouraging. Will "accept as solution" if it sticks.
Thanks.
