QuickBooks 2024 Add Pop Up

We run QuickBooks 2024 R6 Enterprise Accountant. Yesterday we started getting a pop ad for saving 75% when buying QuickBooks Online. We are a larger corporation running QuickBooks On-Prem. We have no plans to run QuickBooks Online and will switch to another accounting application if QuickBooks shuts down Enterprise Accountant.

How do we stop these ads from appearing? The setting Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Turn off pop-up messages for products and services is already unchecked.

I have a feeling it is not possible to turn this off, as Intuit is trying to push companies to the on-line version.

So unless Intuit is straightforward and says it is not possible, or offers a workable solution, please do not respond with the standard canned response.

QuickBooks 2024 Add Pop Up

I know that being able to turn off the pop-up ads is significant for you, @CWDPetrie.

Currently, there's no direct way to stop the ads from popping up within the software.

With this, I encourage sending feature requests to our Product Developers. They're genuinely interested in hearing your input and highly encourage you to send your suggestions.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help option.
  2. Choose the Send Feedback Online option.
  3. Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
  4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  5. Once done, click the Send Feedback button.

Additionally, here are some resources I've included just in case you need assistance considering accessing your files with Intuit and upgrading your desktop program:

If there's anything else you need further assistance with when managing your account, please keep your posts coming. I'll make sure to assist so you can keep your business going.

QuickBooks 2024 Add Pop Up

Please STOP LYING!!!  It is quite evident to the legacy QB community that you, your company, your engineers, and most importantly, your shareholders are ABSOLUTELY not "genuinely interested" in resolving anything.  All you are interested in is to further your reach in data mining private user info and data to cross-sell directly or indirectly to the highest bidders...
