With that, we can disconnect and reconnect to get the correct date of these transactions. The steps below will walk you through on how we can do it.
- Go to Banking or Transactions.
- Select the App Transactions tab.
- Select the App settings ▼ dropdown menu, then select the sales channel you want to manage the settings for.
- On the General tab, select Disconnect sales channel.
- Select the reason you’re disconnecting, then select Disconnect.
- Once done, reconnect the application.
