Quickbooks "Accounting for e-commerce" or "Commerce"

I'm having a problem where the Quickbooks "Accounting for e-commerce" or "Commerce" is bringing in transactions dated 12/31/2023 when they should have been for 12/31/2022.  I can't get support to understand the issue.  I am posting here to see if anyone else is having the same issue or if I can get an Intuit employee who supports the Quickbooks Accounting for e-commerce to reach out to me.

Hello there,  drew_fourmost.

I appreciate you for trying to get a support to understand the issue. No worries, I'm here to help you fix this unusual behavior. The incorrect date can be fixed by re-establishing a new connection.

With that, we can disconnect and reconnect to get the correct date of these transactions. The steps below will walk you through on how we can do it.

  1. Go to Banking or Transactions.
  2. Select the App Transactions tab.
  3. Select the App settings  dropdown menu, then select the sales channel you want to manage the settings for.
  4. On the General tab, select Disconnect sales channel.
  5. Select the reason you’re disconnecting, then select Disconnect.
  6. Once done, reconnect the application.

I've collected a few articles. Each of them tackles about reviewing data and setting up QuickBooks Commerce from within QuickBooks Online:

Let me know if you need anything else with QuickBooks Commerce. Take care and stay safe.

This did not resolve the issue.  I've opened up a case with support and they have an engineering team investigating. Case 1593169754
