Buy nowI have been using QB'S since 1995 and use both Desktop Pro 2021 and online.
When I have tried to open QB's Desktop today it came up with an error message 3371 which I fixed with the repair tool. It is now asking me to reactivate my account but says my browser is not supported. I downloaded the same browser that I already have but nothing happens.
I rang technical support and, notwithstanding I have been a customer for 27 years, they tell me that the licence number I have been using for the last 2 years is not in my name. As a self employed bookkeeper with no employees there are no other names it could be in, so support was no help whatsoever.
Any thoughts on how I can get this reactivated and my accounts accessible?

After you install QuickBooks, you should activate it before you start. QuickBooks will prompt you to activate, but you can also activate it manually with these steps.

You should be able to log in as the Primary Contact in your CAMPS and find your license info there.
Otherwise, you may need to purchase a new one time license for QBD 2021.
I need to reactivate my Quickbooks desktop Payroll account for today only to print out tax forms. It won't let me do it. It gives me an error message to contact you. When I try to contact you, it says you are closed today.
