Hello, I am preparing to upgrade my old 2013 QuickBook Desktop Pro version to the more recent ones but I cannot seem to find the download links and Licenses + Product Numbers for the 2016, 2019 and 2021 Trial versions of QB Desktop Pro. Can a QuickBook Chat Admin, Suporor Moderator point me to the right direction for these information?

After reading countless of troubleshooting messages on this board, it seems like I need to reach out and have one of the designated Admin privately PM me with these links and appending Licences and Product Codes. Thank you for your time and response as I need to get this done before the end of this week. Best regards, - Harley N.

Since QuickBooks 2013 is no longer supported, upgrading it to the higher version like 2013 to 2015 to 2019 is a great way to avoid company file issues. In addition, before upgrading your company file, please secure a backup copy. Then, restore the data up to the trial version.

On the other hand, we're unable to provide trial versions for unsupported products like the older versions. In your case, I encourage contacting us to get the validation code or checking third-party websites for the older trial versions.

Also, ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements to install QuickBooks.

I can share the trial code for QBD 2015 and 2019 (plus 2021 and 2022 if required) to upgrade your file gradually. Then you can still purchase the one time license for QBD 2021 or wait for the upcoming QBD 2023 in October.

I'm in a similar position - I have Desktop Pro 2013 and have very basic accounting needs. I want to upgrade to the 2024 Desktop version and it appears that I'll need a trial version of 2016, 2019 and possibly 2021 versions in order to incrementally upgrade my company file so it can be used in 2024. I need trial license keys but they don't seem to be available. Can you help me?

Have you contacted @Fiat Lux - ASIA directly by email?

We no longer offer Pro and Premier versions of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), dandigger. As a result, trial licenses for these versions are no longer available.

You'll want to consider using QBDT Enterprise if you want to upgrade to the 2024 version. If you choose to do that, you can directly update or upgrade your version, without jumping through different editions. Just make sure to secure a backup copy to make sure everything is covered.

Did you solve your problem and if so, how? I have downloaded a trial version but the license keys I found in support did not work. The install program reports them as invalid.
