Unfortunately, the reply I received advocated I go back through the exact steps I had already attempted and got nowhere. Here is exactly what I experienced. Spoke to first agent who said I was wrong in stating what I saw on screen, took some convincing but the agent finally said "Oh! I see what you mean, yes the screen does say to pay the $988.20 and then you will be billed next in one month" Feeling like I was getting somewhere only to be told "I don't know what to tell you other than just pay the $988.20 and if you are billed in a months time we could probably work out some form of refund or credit" This obviously did not sit well with me. The agent then gave up and transferred me to sales. The sales agent saw the issue immediately and said "This cant be right, something is wrong, let me reach out to support and see if the issue can be fixed" After approx. 45 mins of listening to music I was informed that she could not get anyone to respond, by which tome I had, had enough, total 4 hours on the phone so stated I was going with a different software. So as one can imagine to be informed to go through thew same steps was not appealing to me. Background: We have used QB Online for years and only at the insistence of our accountant did we switch to QB Desktop PC version which freezes up to 4 times on start up and occasionally freezes half way though a PO or Invoice. QB online is what we would prefer but not to pay $988.20 only to face another bill one month later, by the way not only could the phone support not understand it but also could not tell me how much I would be paying at that time.

Can you share the screenshot? Click the Photos icon menu to insert images here. If you only resubscribing QB Online, you only have to pay $200/month max. Unless you have other add-ons to use (e.g Payroll, Time Tracking)
