Hi Jean,
I am using the app on an IOS device and do not see those options. When I log into payments through Quickbooks online the only option I have is to disable American Express. Can you please walk me through the process on a computer through QBO or on the IOS app?
Good afternoon, @kitty-speck-hold.
Thanks for chiming back in and asking additional questions.
Here's how to disable/make a payment inactive in QBO via computer:
4. Click the drop-down icon beside the payment you want to delete.
5. Hit Make Inactive.
This should do this trick. Reach back out if you have any other questions. Take care!
Thanks for the response. There are no drop downs next to the payment methods in my version. I was able to disable the ones I wanted by going to company settings, the sales tab and payments through there for anyone else trying to do the same.
I appreciate your time.
Thanks for following up on this thread, kitty-speck-hold.
