My client said he has talked to Quickbooks twice.
he has paid me on 19th July. money has been taken from his bank account but I still haven't received it yet.

For new Payments accounts, the deposit timeframe will take five business days and will get faster as you regularly process and receive funds.
Since your waiting time exceeds one week, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team again. They're the accurate team authorized to check the fund's status and provide necessary resolution.
