Access to Client's Quickbook Online Account

I am trying to be able to access my client's quickbooks online account from my office. She worked through QB to allow my access with an separate ID. That didn't work. After several hours on the phone to no avail the technician wanted my client to start all over again and for me to change my browser. I preferred not to do this. So, my client gave me her access ID and password. When I entered it, a prompt indicated a code would be sent to her phone. Then she would have to forward me the code within the time it existed. I realize security is important, but it there any other way to access the information. I have another client in the same situation and wondered if there was an easier way.

Access to Client's Quickbook Online Account

Has this client used up her 2 invited accountant users? As an invited accountant (and utilizing your free QBOA account) you should have zero, no less than zero problems accessing this and all of your QBO clients (who have either invited you as an accountant or where you have created their company and invited hem as company admins)

And on.this new support site we can no longer tell what browser you are using but some browsers do work better with QBO than others and browser issues (which can include too much history) can be pinpointed by opening in incognito or private mode - or by using a different browser (my experience places my money on Chrome)
