Re: Billing address won't display on printed invoice?
The Billing Address section is selected by default in QBO, EdieJo.
When customizing an invoice template, it's normal to see the Billing Address box checked and greyed out. If you've entered the bill to address in the customer's profile, then it'll automatically show on the invoice.
You can create a dummy invoice to verify this:
Click the Plus icon.
Under Customers, select Invoice.
Enter the customer's name.
In the Billing address box, you will see the address that is entered in the customer's profile.
