Budget vs Forecast vs Actual Report

I would like to create a P&L report that has my budget, forecast and actual so that I can compare all 3 columns.  I see that a request was made to compare Budget and Forecast about 3 years ago and I'm wondering if this has been resolved? Thanks

I would like to second this motion. It seems like it would be so easy to create this report. Why doesn't it already exist?

Budget vs Forecast vs Actual Report

Hello there, @S_Inkson, dwise. Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions about running reports in QBDT. I'll share insight about this so you can send feedback to our product engineers.

QuickBooks Desktop offers a wide variety of built-in financial reports that provide different perspectives of how your business is doing. The option to create a Profit and Loss report that has budget, forecast and actual data is unavailable. I can see how important this feature for you and other business users. Rest assured that our engineers are working nonstop to enhance the product for our customer's convenience.

Furthermore, I'd recommend sending your feedback to our product development team. This way, they can review it and might consider adding this in our future updates.

To send feedback in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click Product Suggestion.
  4. Choose a feedback type and product area on the QuickBooks Feedback window.
  5. Enter your suggestion or feedback, name, and email address (optional).
  6. Once done, click on the Send Feedback button.
