Yes, you can add multiple accounts to your checking account. From your Chart of Accounts, you can set up these accounts as sub-accounts.

Thanks for the reply! This question is in regards the "Quickbooks Checking Account", not external accounts that I link to QBO. Does this still apply? I can't seem to find a user management interface for this account although I entered my husbands info when signing up for the account. Thanks so much for the info!
