Can you create budgets in QuickBook Essentials? or do I need to upgrade?

The Budgeting feature is only available on QuickBooks Online Plus. You'll want to upgrade if you currently have the Essentials subscription. Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab and go to the QuickBooks section.
3. Click Upgrade and enter the payment information.
4. Select Confirm Upgrade.
