Edit customer

Similar to entering a customer, edit one and change it.

Welcome and thanks for posting here in the Community. I can help edit your customer's current information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Our Top Contributor @197905 is correct. Just in case you need it, here are the steps on how to edit your customer's information:

1. Log into your QBO account.
2. Click on the Sales menu at the left pane, then Customers.
3. On the Customers tab, choose the customer that you want to edit.
4. Go to the Customer Details tab, then select Edit in the upper left.
5. Enter the necessary changes, then click Save once done.
