It's great to see you here in the Community. No worries. In QuickBooks, there are no fees for transferring money from your QuickBooks checking account. You can read through this link about Deposit Account Agreement to learn more about the charges implied when using the QuickBooks Checking account.
Once you're all set up, feel free to follow these steps in transferring money out of the QuickBooks Cash account:
Go to the Cash Flow menu, then choose QuickBooks Cash.
Select Transfer money, then click Move money between your account.
Enter the amount you want to move to your external bank account.
In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
In the To field, select the (+) and then choose your bank account.
Hit Finalize transfer to complete the process.
