Canceling a W9 request is unavailable. You'll want to contact our Customer Support for further assistance.

Please follow these steps to speak with one of our phone agents:

Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
Select your QuickBooks version.
Type your question in the Ask us anything field.
Click Search.
Click Get Phone Number.

You can always visit us anytime if you have additional questions.

look like i misunderstood the question.

i want to resend the request for a W9. i sent it earlier and the contractor replied, and i have his info like email, SSN, name, etc in the details tab . however, in the documents tab for W9 it says:"" . Waiting for Info"". see picture attached.

we do not know what info are missing. that's why i want to resend the request to him to complete it 100%. i want to do the 1099 but waiting this to complete.
