How to add bundle items to Purchase Orders?

You cannot specifically add "Bundle" items to Purchase Orders, as Bundles are made up of Products and Services that you sell.

 

Each Product and Service you setup in QBO has fields for you to specify if you Purchase the Product or Service from a vendor.

 

When you enter this detail it can then be added to your Purchase Orders. You will need to add the individual Products or Services to your Purchase Orders.

Yes, @Regina_Lend_A_Hand_Accounting is correct. Currently, you'll have to manually add each product or services under your bundle items to Purchase Orders (PO) in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

I'd recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. This way, our engineers can check this out how you'd prefer to add bundle items when creating a PO. 

 

Your feedback is valuable to us. Let's share with them by following the steps below: 

  1.     Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2.     Select Feedback.
  3.     Enter your comments or product suggestions then choose Next.
  4.     From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then choose Send message.

 

You can track your feature requests through the QBO Feature Requests website.

Currently, adding bundled items to a purchase order isn't possible. You'll have to enter them manually.

 

I can send a product suggestion to our engineer on your behalf. They can consider this option added in the future update.
