Hello there, @hparietti-aol-co. I make sure to help you switch to Accountant view in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It is simple to switch between business and accountant views. You can switch between them anytime, and changing your view won't affect your accounts or data.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile column, select Switch to Accountant view or Switch to Business view.
I've also added a screenshot to see the difference between the menu views in business and accountant view.
