There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that may cause some unusual responses. To isolate this, let them log into their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, let them if they're able to view the invoice. If so, make sure to let them return to the default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and they'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, let them use other supported browsers.

We can open the pdf attachment fine when we're in a browser on either a mac or pc. The problem is opening the pdf attachment when it comes in an email and opened in Outlook in Windows 10 or 11 (the email client, not opening the email in a browser.) The pdf just shows a bunch of mixed up letters and numbers. See attached.

If it works, kindly proceed with clearing your cache. This helps improve the performance of the application.

Once done, you can update your browser to ensure that it supports every feature you need.
