Change customer on multiple sales entries

Using QuickBooks Desktop 2022 Pro.  We have one customer who is also a vendor, shown in the Vendor List as CustName Ind. and in the Customer List as CustName Industries to differentiate them.  A number of sales transactions were recorded as being CustName Ind. instead of CustName Industries.  Is there any way to do a bulk update of these transactions to avoid having to change each on individually?  There are between 30 and 40 of these transactions, so changing them one-by-one would be possible but time-consuming.

I'll help you change the customer/vendor names in the sales transactions, @MKirros. This way, your transaction reports, and books are always accurate.

We can only enter and delete transactions in QuickBooks Desktop in batches. That said, modifying the client name in bulk in the sales transaction is unavailable.

In this case, I'd recommend opening the transaction one at a time and changing the name manually. I know it's time-consuming, but this is currently the best workaround.

Furthermore, read the following articles to learn how to enter numerous customer, vendor, and item names and manage customer/vendor transactions in QuickBooks:

Got it, thanks.  Fortunately there are not so many entries that it will be a big problem to do them manually.
