Does anyone know how to do inv. assemblies in OL like in Desktop? Bundles don't work for sale items that are made up of many raw materials or multiple inv. assemblies.

I sell powder supplements that are sold individually in stickpacks as well as boxes of stickpacks (ie 25 pack).
 Using my previous QB Desktop inventory treatment & terminology, the individual stickpacks are an "assembly" made up of raw materials and services (powder, film, labor).  The 25 pack is another assembly made up of stickpacks (an assembly) as well as the box etc.  As far as I can tell there is no way to account for this like there was in Desktop.  This has to be a common issue for any company making consumer goods for sale.  Help!

I can see the importance of being able to account for raw materials in QuickBooks Online (QBO), BS30.

In the meantime, you can check out this article so you'll know how to track inventory in QBO: Set Up And Track Your Inventory In QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you might want to gather inventory data for your business. QuickBooks offers several reports that you can use so you'll be able to get the information you need. Consider reading this article for your guidance: Run Reports In QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have further questions about inventory. I'll be one post away if you need help.

@BS30

You need a 3rd party app with the assembly feature to integrate with QBO.
